Someone from online got mad at me and started photoshoping naked pictures with my face on it can I sues that person?

Since you haven't told us who the "someone" is, what relationship you have with the person, if the pictures have been placed anywhere where they can be seen, why this happened, what you have done to ask him/her to cease and desist, how this has damaged you, how he/she got the pics, etc, there's no way to answer you.
