Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I have a Personal Injury Car Accident Law Suit in, I was hit by a D.U.I. driver. My attorney has sent the demand letter to the insurance company, if the insurance company does not answer the demand letter, what will my attorney be able to do by law.

You haven't asked your own lawyer that? There's no way anyone here would know what he is doing in a case.

(By the way, a demand letter would come before a suit, not after, so you may want to more fully discuss your whole case so you know what your lawyer is doing).
