Possibilities of sueing abusive father

I am 17 years old and i work for my dad. At work we got in a physical fight and i ended up going to the hospital. What are the possibilities for sueing him or the company where he abused me.

There is parent-child immunity from suit in Georgia.

As the parent of a sometimes rebellious 17 year old, my reaction is that you need to get over it and patch things up with your father.
