Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

i recently had a egd done at my local hospital .while there they broke my bridge off to the gums when they were taking the scope out of my mouth.my bridge was very slightly loose . i could only tell this when i ate hard stuff like peanut brittle etc. i could eat anything else without no problem . they said i signed a paper saying that they are not liable if anything happens during the proceedure and that is their stand on not wanting to pay for my dental bill which was around 2400.00 . the pain and suffering me and my husband has went thru during all this has taken a toll on us. if there is anything i can do to at least have them pay half my dental bill that would help. i need advice to know if i have a case and need to get a lawyer or just suck it up and leave well enough alone . thanks for any advice you can give me

Whether you have a case depends on what the paper says that the hospital alleges you signed.
