Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia
I recently visited a resturant and ordered a vegetable panini, while eating the sandwhich, I bit down on something that felt like a rock and the pain was instant. I could not figure out what it was and finally I realized it was an olive pit. The resturant took liability but insisted I only see their dentist, though I would rather see a dentist that I am most familiar with, which is my dentist. They threatened that if I chose a dentist other than theirs they would no longer except liability. As a consumer, do I have the right to choose my own medical care provider? I live in the state of GA. I have no interest in filing a suit, though right now the pain is bad and they are causing distress but I just want the choice to choose who I am most comfortable handling my dental care.

No one is denying you the choice of who you see for dental care. It is your choice, based on your post, to go to their dentist and perhaps have a better chance of them paying for it, or going to your own dentist and perhaps having to press the issue with them. This is not about any "right" to choose your own provider, and you are not being forced to see their dentist.
They cannot force you to see a dentist you do not know or want to see. I would also be very suspicious about this. If it were me, I would go to my own dentist and present them with a bill.
