Rights as a consumer

What should I do if I eat at the resturant and there is dirt in my food and I broke my tooth? I have filed a claim and they want to send me to a dentist but I am on a temp assignment and my time is money and I can't take time off?

How do I go about getting compensation

If they have offered to pay for the dentist it is up to you to make the time to take advantage of their offer.
