Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

my son was in an auto accident in December. His rear wheel broke off while he was driving and caused him to go over into the other lane and hit a vehicle next to him. We had no idea there was anything wrong with the wheel, he was not speeding and was being careful and safe (words of the driver of the vehicle he hit). The officer that was called to the scene of the accident gave him a ticket for failure to maintain lane. Is there anyway we can fight this and win?

Sure he can fight it (assuming the "it" is the traffic ticket since you did not say). Whether he wins is based on ALL facts and all sides of the story, not just your son's version so, no, you don't get a win based on your post.
