my son hit a deer with a motor cycle in hall county GA, he left the motorcycle in a driveway with permission from the resident and friends carried him to the emergency room people that saw the accident called the police the bike was in running condition, the police confiscated the motorcycle off private property with permission to leave it there, was that legal for the police to do so.
