Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia
My son suffered a laceration in the center of his forehead all the way to the skull at White Waters amusement park in Atlanta GA in July 2010. He was playing in the kids section and hit one of their water squirting poles. Are there any legal action we can take? We have submitted all the documentation to their risk management division but have not heard from them since. I want to know what I should do to prevent statue of limitation. We have contacted several lawyers but they don't seem interested.

Sure you can take legal action, but no one here can tell you if you have a claim worth anything. How is the park negligent? What did they do wrong? Children get hurt all the time - that is often not a reason to sue and get a check. Children often get hurt because they have energy and they are kids who act like kids.
An website like this is not going to get you further than "several" lawyers (assuming they were qualified and worked in the area). In the majority of circumstances, if several lawyers are not interested in the case, there is a reason. Usually it is because there is no valid claim, or it is not worth much. You'll likely get solicitations from your post - call them and see what they say.
Without knowing the facts that you omitted (the amount of the damages, why you think the park was negligent) there is no way to answer you.
If several lawyers said they were not interested, presumably they told you why. If you consistently get the same answer, that may be the correct answer.
If they said no because of minimal damages, you could potentially sue in small claims court yourself if you can show the park was negligent.
