Can I sue cy company for sexual Harrasment

I work for a large company. Multimillion dollar company. My Boss and I started talking to each other and he was also seeing another girl at work. He kept telling me that he was leaving her and wanted to be with me. Then one day i came in and found out he was getting married to this other girl the next day. So I told him to leave me alone and I hope he was happy. Well after a few days he came to me and told me he made a mistake and wanted me to wait for him untill he got his divorce. We was meeting me after work and i have numerouse emails and text messages he sent me and telling me to wait for him and he wanted to be with me. Then his wife found out and now he tells me to leave him alone and not to send any more emails and text messages that he does love her. Now I am sitting here wondering ,working side by side with his wife and wondering how long it will be before I am getting fired from my job. I know that it was a bad desision on my part to get involved but he was my boss and he approached me. Is ther anything i can do.

What are your damages? At this point, it appears that all you feel is discomfort from a situation that you, as much as anyone, caused. You mention nothing about any actual adverse consequences related to your job (duties, compensation, etc.). Did he use his position to force you to meet a married man after work? As for what you can do, it seems to be easy - look for another job and make better decisions in the future.
