Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Today I went to Taco Bell for lunch with my girlfriend. I had ordered more food than I could eat so I took home my double decker taco. I ate my taco later this evening not knowing what I was in for. As I was half way through eating my taco I took a very painful bite. Apparently, there was a bone fragment in the beef. As I was chewing, the bone fragment caught my gum below my teeth, making it bleed. I have the evidence still. I saved the taco and placed the bone fragment in a clear spork plastic from the restraunt. What can I do? Do I have a case?

What you can do is go back to the restaurant, speak to the manager, and you will probably get a refund for your meal and maybe some coupons for future meals. If it was serious enough to go get it checked at the doctor or dentist (and apparently it was not), you might ask for reimbursement. If you are thinking that getting a little piece of something in your mouth is a ticket to a big paycheck when you have no damages, the answer is no. The rest of the taco did more damage to you that a bone fragment.

A case for what?

Unless the bone caused any serious injury that required treatment, of course not.

Go by the restaurant or call teh 800 number and if you ask nicely (not like you did in your post), I am sure they'll give you a coupon for a free meal or two.
