Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

Tore my meniscus at work, slipped at work, employer had removed mats to save money. On worrkmens comp now, had survey, they had to remove 50 percent. Is my employer liable in any way? Also I have been terminated.

Yes. The employer/insurer is responsible to you for multiple kinds of workers comp benefits including weekly payments to live on, payment of medical expenses and compensation for permanent disability. Firing the injured worker is a common tactic.
