Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia
trucking accident
Do Georgia courts award generous settlements to victims of accidents caused by truckers on their highways? Although my injuries have not left me disabled, and medical expenses have not exceeded $10,000 (yet); I have significant memory loss (4 years of my life) as well as arm and back injuries. Is it worth it to go to court?

Re: trucking accident
It depends on what you consider a "generous" amount, and it depends on the jury, and it depends on the facts of the case. I would suggest that you meet with a personal injury attorney to get his/her take on the case. Usually, the initial consultation is free, and most such cases are handled on a contingency basis.
