Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

I had a waste company come to my home to pick up their roll-off container that was used during a construction project at my home. The cable broke during loading and the container went threw my sun room. Is there anything I can sue for above and beyond the property damage it's self. Because this company has been very rud and a lot less than helpful. Thanks, Tony

Of course not. You can't sue people for being rude.

You are entitled to acual damages they may have caused (and probably won't need to sue, as they'll likely have their insurer pay it).
