Hi, last week I was bucked off an aquaintance horse after this aquaintance confirmed to me that the horse was "tame". I sprained my ankle and hurt my back. Do I have any recourse for medical expenses?

In such cases, usually not although you your friend's homeowners policy may have medical coverage taht you could use in such a case.
