Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia
My wife got into a 3 car wreck in March. Her car was totaled there was minimal damage to the other cars. One of the people whose car was involved is now suing us for 3 million dollars stating that she is now 6% disabled and that it will cost $80,000 dollars a year to pay for her medical expenses and that she will live for another 39 years. We have pictures from the accident all that happened to the persons car who is suing us is her license plus was crooked that's all. The people who were in the other car have already said that they would be more than happy to testify on our behalf.
My questions are as follows:
1) What does the 6% disability mean?
2) If we have documentation of everything and the women in the other car said she would testify on our behalf. does the women who is suing even have a case?

Assuming your wife did not break the law and drive without insurance, the moment you received the papers you should have given them to your insurer, who has a duty to provide a lawyer and defend the case (up to your policy limits). If you fail to do so, they will not defend you.
Do NOT interview witnesses and talk to others. Forward that information to your insurer.
If you are underinsured, your insurance company may recommend that you also obtain counsel.
