Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia
Wife injuried in Auto Accident on 1/13/2006
My wife was injured in an auto accident earlier this year when another person turned in front of her. The person did not receive a ticket but according to Canton Police department vehicle 1 is at fault and that is not my wife. We took a long trip in July and my wife's lower back hurt so bad that she was in the bed for 2 days while on vacation. After that experience, wife has been to the doctor many times for Physical therapy on her neck and back along with being referred to a Uriologist to find out why blood is in her urine and has been there since the accident. Here doctor had been referring her to a lot of doctors and the PT was finally scheduled after the trip. The blood was documented by her doctor 4 days afte the accident and we have had a second opinion on it a month ago by another doctor. We have expended the med pay coverage for our insurance policy and now my company insurance is picking up the tab less all the Co-Pays. I would like to know what is the statue of limitations on this I think it is 3 years and I am about ready to talk with an attorney on this.

The statute of limitations in Georgia for a personal injury claim is two years from the date of the negligent act. Your wife has a serious injury case and many attorneys should be responding. Choose wisely. My web site is www.robertswindholz.com.

You should have contacted an attorney months ago, but you need to do so immediately. The statute of limitations in Georgia is 2 years, and it can take most of that time to properly develop a case, so time is real critical now.
Mr. Baskin in my office specializes in personal injury and I also handle it, and we'd be glad to give you a consultation at no charge. You'll find contact information on my website www.glenashman.com .

The statute of limitations in Georgia is two (2) years on torts. I would advise you to speak with an attorney regarding the claims. It seems your wife's medical situation may not be resolved prior to the expiration of the statute and therefore you will need to file suit to preserve all claims.
I would be more than willing to discuss the situation with you. Feel free to give me a call. I am a solo practioner, therefore you will always speak directly with me.

The statute of limitations in Georgia is 2 years from the date of the accident. I am curious, when was the date of the accident? Also, did your wife have any complaints of neckand back pain prior to the trip.
I would be happy to discuss this matter with you. Please contact us.
