Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia
I work for cvs and my car was broken into on january 18th and i incurred damages totaling 394 dollars and i asked the company for reimbursement and i was told that they do not participate in that. i called human resources and they told otherwise. on june 25th my car was stolen off the property and i was wondering can i hold the company responsible legally?

What did the company to make it responsible for the theft? Companies (or people) are not generally responsible for crimes committed by other parties.
