what can i do?
i was working for this comp in 1999 and got hurt went to the dr and it was fild on worker comp sence then the comp sold twice and what i hurt got so bad becouse i didnt get the proper treament the first time and had to have surgery
but iam haveing to pay all the bills myself and cant work so what would u do?

Your immediate problem may be that your claim is time barred. Assuming your reported your injury within 30 days, and further assuming the claim was accepted as compensable, there may still be a claim to pursue. The attorney who speaks to you will want to know what part of your body was injured, whether you ever received indemnity for lost wages and whether any portion of your medical bills have been paid. If the statute has not run on your right to compensation, the fact that the company has been sold is irrelevant to the issue of compensability. I recommend you speak to someone immediately.
