Re: Wrongful death

First, please accept my deepest and most sincere condolances on the death of your son. It is always difficult to deal with the death of a child. I have two children myself and can only imagine your pain. I am having some trouble understanding what occurred. Was your son in the line of fire? I have simply too many questions to give you an adequate reply without more information. Go to my website, get my phone number and call me to discuss this further at no charge. The short answer to your question is that the statute of limitations in Georgia for a wrongful death claim (if this happened in GA) is 2 years measured from the date of death. However you need to move quickly because there are things that need to be done to preserve evidence that can impact whether or not you can win. Ron Lowry
