Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia
I was wrongly accused of stealing engine oil from a local dollar general. Even with my receipt and an empty bottle to prove I didn't steal it the store manager called the police and cursed at me. When the police arrived I was found to be telling the truth but I was still barred because it was private property. How much can I sue for? Should I sue dollar general since she acted on their behalf or should I just sue the person?

Unless they injured you physically or detained you for an unreasonable time, no you can't sue. And they can bar you from the store.
