Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia
A few years ago, my friend busted his knee on a rock while playing tag in the dark. My mom was obviously surveying us from a maximum of 20 feet away. My friend purposely dived but misstepped and fell. He is very accident prone and always hurts himself. It was nobody's fault but his own. He is now saying that he is eligible to sue me because his accident occured on my property. Is this true?

Report it to your homeowner's insurance. They will defend you and sort it out.

Well, anybody can go to the courthouse and file a lawsuit. However, if this guy had come to me, I would have told him he didn't have much of a case. Talk to your insurance company.
