auto accident

I was injured in an auto accident,

taken to the ER and later release. I still have back pain. It is not serious. How much should I ask for

personal pain and suffering. I am 59 yr. male

No one can possibly answer this without a review of the police report, the name of the insurer, and a review of your treatment history and injuries. However, you generally will be offered zero for pain and suffering if you represent yourself. You need a lawyer for personal injury matters.
