Legal Question in Product Liability in Georgia

my husband has had two different penile inplants without any success, now is totally impotent, had prostatitis after last surgery and nothing but problems-it's changed his personality and life, needless to say mine-he is 66 and I'm 59, can we sue? First implant defective and leaked, second one so small it doesn't fill the need.
