I have given exclusive rights to sell my patent pending product to a LLC company. My only involvement is recieving royalities. Do I have any liability issues or is the LLC totally responsible?

Re: Liability
Responsible for what? Generally, simply receiving royalties will not create liability for the acts and debts of the LLC paying those royalties.
