I purchased a use car from a large dealership. I purchased an extented warranty also. My car have been shaking sense I drove off the lot and it have been in the shop 10 times. Question: what can I do

No one here knows the terms of your warranty that apply to the situation, the cause of the problem, whether you took it to the "shop" owned by the dealer or approved by the warranty company, what the dealer or warranty company has done to this point, as you chose to not tell us. A response likely requires those details. Otherwise, take it to another shop to see if they can fix it.
Your issue is not a products liability one.
It is a warranty issue. Your service contract contains a procedure to follow if warranty work needs doing, and you need to follow that procedure. Since you chose to omit that "detail" we can't answer you.
