Legal Question in Product Liability in Georgia
Purchased Igloo brand outdoor stainless 4 burner grill from Walmart in September of 2004. Grill came with 25 year burner warranty. The burners do not work and the inside of the grill has totally rusted away. I have all manuals, paperwork and receipt when purchased. I contacted customer service who
offierd me $100.00 but I had to sign a release of warranty form. The burners are hard to find and with the website provided to me by customer service to purchase new burners it will cost more than $100.00 to replace. Plus the burners will not hold in place because all interior is rusted away. The outside of the grill looks great but, open the lid and it's just all gone. Should I be forced to take the $100.00 or can I return to Walmart? I want my money back.

You haven't provided enough information to respond as to whether $100 is correct. We'd have to read the warranty language to respond.
