Legal Question in Product Liability in Georgia
I have been ask to sign a cease and detest in GA. What's it about can I not sign it? I perfom teeth whitening like the kind in a mall kiosk and a local dentist complained about me. I can't seem to find anything online about it being illegal in GA. The investigator at the state told me the light I use (LED) light, that there has to be a dentist present.

You can't practice dentistry without a license. Many forms of teeth whitening is considered dentistry. Get a good lawyer. You could face criminal prosecution and a civil suit.
