Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
i have a 1/2 mile drive way that is bordered by 2 properties on either side that are for sale, they do not have drive access so the real estate company uses my drive way even after i have stated that its a private drive, now they want to sell this property as one and have the properties and my drive way is this legal and what are my options?

It may or may not be. Since no one here has researched your title to know if there are recorded easements, and you elected not to tell us that, and additionally we don't have details to know if there would be implied easements, you cannot get the answer online. You'll need to see a local real estate lawyer and have him research this. Do that YESTERDAY. The longer you permit a use, the more likely it is that you cannot prevent the use. You've already delayed seeing a lawyer too long.
