Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

My self and my 3 siblings all own 25% of our deceased Fathers home in Georgia. I would like to quit claim deed over my 25% to ONE of my siblings. Can I do this with just me and the ONE sibling?

Yes, you can quit claim deed the property to just one sibling.
