Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

On 2/5/10 I sold my double wide that is on my land to someone for $600. I signed the title to him with a bill of sale stating as is no warranties. He told me to give him 30 days to remove it. That afternooon he turned around and sold it to another couple with a bill of sale. The problem is the title is still in my name and the 3rd party, whom I do not know, has my title. They were told the $5000 this man charged them included moving it. Now they do not have the money to move it and he said it is theirs. He will not answer my calls. So now the trailor is still on my property but my title is in someone's hands it doesn't belong. Could he sale the trailor since he didn't pay taxes on it or get it changed to his name? Please help. I don't know what to do.

He can do most anything he wants at this point, unless you, ASAP, take steps to stop him. Consult with a local attorney.
