Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I come across two 19th original deeds or quit claim deeds having to do with some sort of disagreement over who owned Land due to death in Collins county Texas the first is dated 1879 the other 1904 and really we are wanting to know are these documents worth anything? [email protected].

Is what worth anything? The land? The pieces of paper? If it is the land, get an appraisal or real estate lawyer in Texas. If it is the paper has historical documents, take them to an antiques appraiser and not lawyers.
