Access of Personal Real Property

My son moved to Newnan Ga - and he friend agreed to store personaal items, tool chester,

etc. at his home. They have had a disagreement - and now

his friend says the property is his and will not let my son have access to it. He says the laws says it is since it is on his property.

You did not ask a question, but if the friend agreed to store it for your son, he cannot legally keep the property. Conversely, he may be entitled to storage fees.
