What action do i need to take if the leinholder to my car has stolen my car? i havent had the car a month and i also traded him two cars, a week after trading him my other two cars he came to my job and stole the car. he has admitted to having it and refuses to ever give it back to me. the car hasn;t been found but he has admitted to knowing where it is. My insurance company can't do anything because i dont have full coverage, Also the judge said she didn't want to get involved, what needs to be my next action?

First, this is not a "real property" issue. However, beyond that, there is no way to figure out the true situation from your post. If someone stole your car, you call the police. You left out what happened when you did that. You mentioned a Judge. That implies there is a court case, and you failed to tell us about that. If the other person gave you a reason he has the car (such as a repo), or you really know the reason, you left that out too. Without all these details, you can't get a meaningful response.
