add spouses name to property deed
Purchased residential property prior to marriage. Mortgage has been satisfied. Spouse wants name added to the deed. Simple? Involved? Do it yourself?

It would be a simple matter of conveying a half interest to your spouse through a new deed. You would need to discuss with your attorney the type of tenancy which would be best for you and your spouse.
