Can Administrator of property take out a Bank loan
I am the Administrator of land property and would like to know if the Administrator can take out a bank loan against the property alone?

If you are the administrator of a deceased persons estate which includes land, you must get Probate Court permission to encumber the property (unless you were granted the power to encumber when you were appointed.)
If you are not the administrator of a deceased person's estate, then I don't know what you mean when you use the word "administrator."
