Agency liability
I closed on a new property on the 29th of May. I was out of town and the realtor handled the closing for me. I was told the keys were mailed the following day. I have not received the keys. The agency claims they were mailed and that is all that can be done. I can not get into my new house.

Call a locksmith to either make a new set of keys or change the locks. You will probably need proof of residency/ownership.
