hello, no one was appointed administrator in my uncle estate what dose my dad got to do to be appointed administrater in the estate of my uncle.we know he has got to go to the probate court in the county for which he lived in and file what paper work?

The biggest mistake he can make is to go to probate court on his own. Probate and the transfer of property is complex, and if your father does it wrong he can be sued by creditors and heirs.
