Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I asked an attorney to check with the local police department here in Georgia to check for possible warrants. The attorney came back and said that there were no warrants but did discover several items on my record. One of them was "Dispossessor".

What is that?

Is is a felony or misdemeanor?

It most likely means "dispossessory," which simply means it was an eviction from rental property. Why not ask your attorney about it?
