Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

Assessing Real Estate Dispute Damages

I'm the defendant and I will most likely win.False deeds, surveys, advertisements along with the fact that I have owned my property for twenty years and the property includes a Land Lot corner by which the other property was set up in reference to.This has gone on for years and the plaintiff knows his deed does not agree with previous deeds plus the fact he is advertising the property almost twice the size his fraud deed states. How can I calculate my damages?

Calculating (ie, guessing) damages in an existing lawsuit that you will "most likely win," with two or three sentences of your side, is far beyond the scope of this forum. That is before we get to the part where you are the defendant and don't identify any claims you have against the other party. If you are in a lawsuit, get a lawyer.
