Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia

I have a baby father and he wants to buy a house with ma name not on the documents claiming my credit is bad and will ruin the interest rate. What other way can my name be on it as part of the owner of the house because we share the mortgage?

If you want your name on a house, you buy a house. You can't force someone to transfer the title to a house to you, if that is what you are asking. This board is full of questions from people who buy a house with someone other than a spouse, and soon realize the many significant problems that almost always come out of that. Both of you might be better off not doing that.
