Bank refuses to take payment, now eviction hearing is set. There must be something that can be done. Please help!?!

You gave no details but an eviction by a bank makes me guess you sat back and did nothing to hire a lawyer before a foreclosure and lost your home and now wonder why the new owner (the bank) won't let you live in their home. If that guess is correct, you have waited too long to ask a lawyer. If that guess is incorrect, you need to tell a lawyer what happened.
