Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
We belong to a HOA/Non Profit in Georgia. We don't have annual elections but the practice has been to selection process not election. Because of not having a annual election there is no accountabilty from the board. I under the impression the purpose of a Non Profit is the give the membership election right. Txs

Yes, if a nonprofit has members, they are entitled to vote to name the board of directors.
