i bidded on house using my wife credit card without her permission. i won the auction, but my wife does not want the house. what is my liability if i pull out of the house, i have not signed anything, and i have 24 hours to sign,

You committed a felony. You can go to jail for credit card fraud.

Depending on the auction terms, the auction company probably also can sue you and have you jailed too.

Get a very good criminal lawyer AND a good real estate lawyer. I suspect you will also need a divorce lawyer.
