Binding contract
Isn't a lease agreement only legal if both sides sign the contract and both sides receive a copy?

Re: Binding contract
A lease can be perfectly legal without anybody signing anything. However, to be enforceable, it must be in writing and signed by both. There is no legal requirement that both sides get a copy.
