I have a booth in a fleamarket the onwer lost his lease. We got our 30 days notice but we canot vacate on time, can our landlord put us out with out acourt order.

No one here knows the terms of your agreement, but you can assume if payments are not being made as agreed, the landlord can dispossess.

It depends on the terms of the lease. In a commercial lease, a tenant can waive his right to a dispossessory action in court.
