borrowed vehicle

I let a friend borrow my car. I have all the paperwork proving ownership. I pay the loan and insurance payments and tag fees. He has the only key. He won't return my car to me. How can I get my car back?

Pay a tow truck service that does repos to pick up your car. Or you can call the police and report the theft. In either case, kiss that boyfriend goodbye!
