Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Georgia
I bought a house in April of 2009. It was agreed that repairs would be made. We closed and 3 moths later my windows started leaking again. Also I have sence found out that another Inspector inspected my house and found Lots more wrong. What recorse do I have?

It depends on the terms of your closing documents. Were the windows part of the repairs to be made. Hire a Georgia real estate attorney to review your closing documents and advise you of your options, if any. Feel free to contact me at [email protected].

That all depends on what your contract provided, or did not provide, a piece of information you omitted. You are entitled to nothing not in the written documents.
What was "agreed," in writing, as far as the repairs? How is another inspection relevant? What did YOUR inspector find, and how was it treated in a written contract to do the repairs? Sure there are lawyers who will be glad to take your money for reading documents you should have and be able to read. The money might be better spent fixing the windows if you don't have a written agreement to make the repairs, or if the issue is not worth paying a lawyer for a legal battle.
