My brother forged my father's name on real estate deal

HELP!!! my brother forged my fathers name on his property which he claims my father gave him, which is an Out Right Lie! SO now my fathers business is now his. we went to criminal court and my brother had his bogus notary come in and claim my father was present when the papers were signed. My father is highly upset, stressed and most of all Hurt, He is 80 years old, and on a fixed income. please help, your advice or recommendation is very much appreciated. thank you

Get a lawyer. Your issue is beyond the scope of this forum, or what you can handle yourself. You should not even try.
