what if two brothers own property that their granny left them together in the state of Georgia and one dies, who gets the property

It depends on the wording of the will, and also the deed of assent, and since you didn't share that information no one here can guess. There are two very different outcomes possible.

It depends on how they own the property. If they simply own it jointly, the deceased brother's heirs would inherit his interest. If they own it jointly with right of survivorship, the living brother would then own it by himself.
